I am so impressed with Stockist and the support I have received. The best way I can think of thanking the team is to leave a review in regards to my appreciation. The customer support that I have received is nothing short of fantastic, Jeff responds very quickly, and actually caught some of my small data entry mistakes that I made on the backend, and he was also incredibly helpful with quick layout adjustments and recommendations. I previously have tried other location apps on Shopify but decided to move forward when I found Stockist. It was recently recommended to me after I discussed some limitations I was facing with a previous locator app I had been using for over a year. I am very appreciative of that recommendation. Stockist offers more upgrades in comparison to what I was used to. It is easier for me to set up locations and add custom filters. My old app was also a bit cumbersome because visitors who came to my website had to manually approve of their location being placed on a map. Stockist automatically senses a visitor's general location the moment the page loads, making it a much faster and easier experience for them to find exactly what they are looking for on both desktop and mobile devices. My previous app also worked by integrating software directly into my website's background code. I have run into issues with custom coding in the past, which led to font and other display glitches from time to time on my website. I was thrilled to find out that Stockist works seamlessly alongside my site without touching my current theme code with Shopify. I didn’t even know this was possible. It keeps everything safe for the site as it should be and everything looking exactly the way it should. I could go on with positive comments, but I would like to conclude this by saying I really appreciate coming across this app and all the support I have received. Thank you!
