They make a lot of promises, but they folded up like an accordion on the execution of my feed syncs. Poor communication is another big issue. Be prepared to wait hours and even days for a response. After contemplating on working with them again, I gave them a second shot at making things right and figuring out a solution for my problem. After several days of back and forths, they were not able for do what they claimed they could do. And they basically told me I needed a 3rd party developer to step in and help with the inventory sync. Another few days wasted with my shop being offline. They might be ok for a single source inventory feed with a few dozen products, but anything over that, they are completely over their heads.
