Seemed like a simple & good idea, but I wish I'd read all of the reviews before I installed it. Didn't work. Didn't add badges to any products, found no way in dashboard to reach out for support other than a video, which did not address the issue I was having. May have worked great for others, but for me it was a fail.
Hey Mandy! Our chat support is under the Help Icon - right opposite to the video. We are available 24/7 on that, as well as on [email protected]. A brilliant app with a lot of features. You can create your own custom badges and automate them to remove huge amounts of extra work manually assigning the labels. Great customer support as well, when we had an issue we received support with a few minutes. Thanks a lot for the great work :)

I used the app to place new stickers and create how to pics. And for my skincare business this works perfectly! I don’t always like the automatic label updates so I have to go in and change some but other than that the app is amazing.

Had an issue with the application. Even thought it took them 3 days, response was always immediate and all is working like charm now.

I love having this app to alert customers to items that are new, sold out, low stock, restocking soon. It's a great way to make items stand out more. And I love being able to create my own designs.

This is a fab app - very simple to use and the developer support is really amazing. Quick to respond to any queries no matter how big or small. I really love how the stickers have brightened up my store and certainly makes it easier to let customers know whats new and when things will be back - saving me a ton of time
