Customer support replied and fixed the issue, so i edited my review, to be as honest as possible this was my initial review: dont waste your money, this app will copy very few items, even tough i paid the most expensive plan, it copied less than 1800 products, than failed each time i tried to make it work customer service is not responding

For context to other merchants reading this review: This merchant had only installed our app but has not actually used it. They also closed their shop after they left their review. Additionally, the merchant has not provided any feedback or responded to any of our emails.

Its pretty good app if you have limited data under 50,000 variants.
