Installed the APP and had to add this to 9 other stores with 9 different languages. Manthan helped with getting new development on the app to allow us to change text boxes. Very quick to respond with all issues and look forward to working with Manthan and the team to develop the app with us further.

Installed the app and had some issues to match it to our theme. Contacted the support and got help within a couple of minutes. All problems were solved and the app works as it should! Good app, Great support! Thank you!

When it comes to customer service, they are outstanding so 5/5 on that. But the page is slow to load, so overall I have to give it a 4/5. Very good for a free app.

Really happy to have access to this app, it does the job very well. Vijay was quick to respond and very helpful. The only issues I had were not app-related, but rather getting a couple of things sorted with our Google profile, and Vijay was able to help with this too! And I didn't need to add lat/long to the bulk import.

Definitely the best store locator you will find for free. There's a couple of little issues to work around like needing lat/long for bulk import, but their tech support has been super helpful.

I would normally not give 5 stars but, given the scarcity of free options for greater than 1-5 stores, this really was a great tool for me. Customer services is decently responsive and willing to help. I see people comment on bulk import, worked like a charm for me. I'd prefer if sorting stores was easier

I used the app to help me list all of our stockists. I uploaded over 100 by bulk using excel. The app is very straight forward. I had a minor issue with activating my Google API key, and the support team responded to me within a few hours which is rare in Australia. Pretty basic app overall, but it's great value and is 5/5 for value to functionality.

Great app and support! Installation was easy. Needed some support for the functionality of the map, for working with Hebrew characters and for uploading multiple records. All was sorted out in a very professional matter. P.S. For all of you that didn't get a response from the support, It seems there is some kind of problem with the emails from them and not all of them are arriving. Try to contact them from a different email address (worked for me).

Bulk import won't work, used their export template and have a valid google api key applied. Reached out to support 3 times, never heard back. Switching to a different app.

I appreciate that it's free, but twice I have reached out to support without a reply. As a user on the website, the option to add your address to the store locator is pointless because the store locator does not return locations based on your address. The stores are listed in the order that you the admin originally input them when building the store locator for your website. So, if I list myself in Florida, it won't show Florida locations ... not first nor in terms of distance from me. Instead, it will show then however I listed them ... so it might be Hawaii, California, Florida, then New Jersey. I reached out to support to see if I had made an error or if the return of locations didn't include the location functionality - no reply. Then I had a customer tell me the store locator was down and they were trying to see locations. I checked and the store locator page being used no two of my websites were showing an error on the website. I wrote support. No reply. Mysteriously, the locator came back up a few minutes later. I sincerely appreciate what is built here. And I sincerely appreciate that it's being offered for free. I just wish customer support was there ... and I wish the locator returned results based on the user's location.

Nice and easy app to add a store locator to your website. One of the few ones that is free AND good! I had a little problem initially, but Vijay was really fast and helpful at helping me to solve the problem!

Got the app set up relatively easy. Did require some help from support for a couple of things but they were very responsive and helpful.

Very easy setup, including the details to properly set up an API key for google maps. Clean and simple, with a very big bonus that you can import large lists of locations, AND EXPORT your locations infos as a csv, meaning if you put them in manually, they are not lost if something goes wrong. I also wrote them a support ticket when setting it up and they answered very quickly with a clear and helpful answer. it is currently the only free app of this kind on shopify. I stay away from the other ones because they all ask for a monthly fee which is simply too high.

Great app! Needed some help formatting the tables properly for bulk upload and the support got back to me in a matter of hours with the updated CSV file ready to upload. Fantastic service as well. Strongly recommend!

Store Locator is simple to use and customise. Customer support has also been swift and sorted any issues straight away. They have fixed a problem with the Google API Key immediately. Great App!!
