I was looking forward eagerly to setting up my business on Shopify. The suggestion that I could import my listings from eBay without having to rewrite every one of them was a wonderful concept. It turned out to be just that - a concept. Multiple attempts to carry over my listings failed as their system insisted that the headings of the CSV document were incorrect. I changed them, corrected them, and still could not downloadl the document into Shopify. This coupled with a more-than FIVE hour attempt to set up my storefront, even with the help of Shopify's bot, resulted in my growing frustration and disgust. I could write a book about the inadequacies of their system for simply setting up my storefront, but that was not the question asked here. Suffice it to say that I have withdrawn my business from Shopify and will continue to work with the masters on Etsy, eBay, and others.
