This app is extremely useful for identifying friction points and easily reviewing key information across your website’s sales funnel. It gives you clear visibility into how users interact with your site and helps uncover opportunities to improve conversions. Beyond the product itself, the support team is outstanding—fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. After a recent update, we noticed that one of the features we regularly used was no longer available.
