StoreView: Visitor Tracking

It is a really good app and helps me a lot to better understand customer behavior and thus optimize the shop.

Really good app. Allows us to see in real time where customers are on our site, what stage during the basket to checkout they are at. It allows us to learn more about what their visiting, what items they got to checkout but didn't convert, allowing us to measure, tweak and improve the site etc.

This has been the most helpful app I've installed on my store. I've been able to see paths where users are browsing and have actually recovered a few carts that weren't captured by my marketing automations. Thanks to the StoreView team for making a great product at an accessible price!

Great app that allows you to see customer journey. I do like the page that show you conversion rates for each product all on one way to view screen. Very helpful stuff

Storeview has become such a vital app for the store. No need to run reports to get a live update on visitor behaviour, what is being added to cart, reached checkout and also products viewed. Quick and easy to view especially on mobile

Been using this app for 5 years and has been a cornerstone of information that helps us see what customers are doing on our website. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Whilst rarely needed, we also are comforted that Zahid and the dev team are super responsive on any queries. Highly recommend !!!!

StoreView gives me so much more control over my commercials and helps me understand the vital metrics of how my online store is being used. I've been able to see trends in the customer add to baskets that were not checking out - this way I have been able to re consider my product page and win more sales.

This is one of the apps I am Most reliant on as a business owner. Having the ability to see which items were added to cart allows me to know which items to put in flash sale and how to better price items to get them to Move.

I love how this app gives you granular details on a user journey - giving you insights to be able to be able to test and implement CRO across the site. I use this app to understand which products are most popular with customers and to help focus marketing activities. It is also helpful to know how customers flow through the site while leading up to their purchase. Greatly appreciate this app, and it is a great value for a small and new business.
