StoreGuard ‑ Theme Checks
StoreGuard - Theme Checks is a Shopify App developed by Felipe Sayao Studio that allows ecommerce merchants to preview theme updates before publishing them on their storefront. It provides a side-by-side comparison of the live store and the draft theme, highlighting any changes made and tracing them back to the source. Additionally, the app simulates real customer interactions by opening products, selecting variants, adding to cart, and confirming checkout accessibility. Installed, and let it run immediately - quick output! Checked my existing themes for disparities and showcase every difference, both in text and visual comparisons. Extremely useful for us when making changes without worrying about breaking the live site.
Fantastic app. Lets me move forward with any changes without worrying about breaking anything - I can even compare every change in a live view, which makes it much easier to predict their impact. We encountered a little bug, but Felipe got back to us very quickly and helped us solve it within a couple of hours. Definitely recommend!
