I’ve been using StoreHero for over a year now and honestly… it’s made things so much easier. For the first time in 21 years of business I am not guessing!! The real-time analytics alone have saved me HOURS every single week. I used to be jumping between platforms trying to figure out what was working, but now it’s all just there in front of me. You can clearly see what campaigns are doing well and what’s not — makes decisions way quicker and stops wasting money especially with seasonal gifting. But what I probably value most is the support. The video calls are so good. I always come away having learned something new — whether it’s Meta ads, AI, email marketing or just a better way of doing things. It never feels overwhelming, just really helpful, practical and take aways that I can apply easily. Also love the emails I get each day, week and month. They break everything down so simply, especially my marketing spend and net profit — which is what actually matters at the end of the day. It just gives you a really clear handle on your business without overcomplicating anything. Would definitely recommend to any business using different platforms to market their business.
