Enable a website to have more than 1 form, which each form funneling to different teams. Support was quick to resolve issue at the first time, within the same day. Very much appreciated.

I searched high and low for a good simple "Contact Us" form app that I could use on my store. This one was by far the best, easy to use and incorporate and their customer service response is top notch. I highly HIGHLY recommend this app. Thank you to your wonderful team and tech support. I'm extremely happy with how my form page on my website looks and functions!

We have been using this app for a while. I added a new form, and it wasn't showing on the page for some reason. Support assisted and corrected the issue quickly.

Duke was incredibly quick to respond and a pleasure to chat with. Not only were they very helpful, Duke also offered to make the adjustments that we required. The App itself, is very user friendly, attractive UI, and exactly what we were looking for to build custom forms. Importantly Storify offers seamless integration with Klaviyo. We recommend this App.

I've just started using this app specifically the contact us form - it has met my needs and customer service has always been helpful to me up to this point. So far so good! I hope they will continue to improve this app for the better. Will update this review in the future.

Awesome service! We first signed up for Pify forms but after repeated support requests to Pify and being told the problem weas resolved - it wasn't... We also has a small setup glitch with Contact Form setup, but Duke and the support team responded, went onto our site, and fixed the issue in hours. It's so nice when you still get that kind of support in todays cost-saving focused world hip hip Hoooorah!
