When I say this company has dedicated customer support - I mean it. Initially, getting this app uploaded onto the app store was not easy - our business sells adult products ie: Lingerie and 'toys' and this kind of content meant both apple and google made it a nearly impossible task for Storelab to help us get online. While this process took a few months (which it would not for any business that sells normal products) - our free trial was generously extended until our app was fully live and downloadable on all devices. We were consistently kept up to date throughout this process - Hamza (our assigned main developer) was always there an email away and whenever any hurdle occurred he would get the job seen to and done! So many thanks for fighting for our store to go online - we couldn't have done it without him! At one point when we thought we might not make it online we were gifted a Storelab designer (Andrew) to add some expert design elements to our homepage and to arrange some push notifications, to thank us for our patience while the publishing of our app was was delayed. The design elements he added blended in perfectly with our vibe and we were really impressed with the final look. Thank you Andrew! Storelab is a Team of true professionals who will work to the bone to get you the app you want, available to the world. StoreLab has given our online coffee roasting a new sales outlet with our own app. Hamza Sattar has been beyond helpful and just the kind of person we need because we're coffee roasters - not technical people. He patiently guided us through the set-up process and did so much work for us. Without promoting our app, it's already generating revenue. We are so appreciative of all the work Storelab have done for us.

When creating an app for our store, Storelab has been so easy to use. They also have a friendly and professional team. Our point of contact was Hamza and he was amazing to work with. I love the StoreLab! Their team is great. They were all very helpful with the app installation process. Our app is now up and running with Apple & Google Play and my customers are loving it. Everyone on the team is so hands on from the technical support, push notifications & ads! I am happy to say that last month they were responsible for 4.5% of our online sessions and 52% of our monthly revenue. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to launch an easy to use app for their customers.

I really wanted an app like the big companies, but it is just me. I am a small business and was worried about the commitment. EVERYONE at STORELAB has been amazing. I have recently installed the app, a very smooth sailing. Easy to follow instructions, So far customer service and support have been superb and already moving forward very efficiently. Great app, recommend it for any small business. By far the best i've used. So easy to get started and set up, and has fantastic support.
