StoreRocket checks all the boxes! The app was very easy to install and set up, and it has just the right amount of customizations to make your store locator unique and look like it was developed just for your website. We'll be looking to upgrade our account once we hit the location limit of our current plan.

We've used StoreRocket for nearly 3 years and it checks off all of the boxes for a low-lift solution. It looks great, is easy to customize, the user interface is extremely user-friendly, and the detailed exports have helped us to organize in other ways outside of the app. Any time we've encountered issues, the support team is quick to respond and resolve the issue. We're looking forward to growing with the platform into the future!

BEWARE. Extremely disappointed in this app. It worked beautifully the first time I used it. I attempted to add it to more than one of our Shopify stores, because I was convinced on the first go. But, somewhere down the line they released a 'beta' of the dashboard and it severely effected the function across 3+ of my stores. Repeatedly, it kept asking for us to re-subscribe our plan and when attempting to do so, did nothing but refresh the page and bring us back to the same re-subscribe page. After many attempts trying to contact support, no one answered or was able to help. I'm forced to leave a distasteful review and switch all of our store locators elsewhere. It's truly a shame.
It breaks my heart to read that StoreRocket worked beautifully for you at the beginning and then you've found an issue that made you leave this review. Please let me explain what happened. It's really important to me. I've tried getting in touch with you but unfortunately, there might've been some issues with the responses because you haven't received my replies and I haven't gotten yours. That is why I always recommend using the support button from Shopify (so one of the Shopify experts can get involved too). All your projects are still there, up and running, you just had to switch between them from the "Projects selector" displayed in the top-left of the sidebar. Misunderstandings can happen and they are not done with bad intentions. Please let me sort this out for you: just send me a message and I'll do everything I possibly can. This map had the customizations I needed and the ability to embed anywhere. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.
