We have been trying to finalize the best player to host the webstories on our shopify platform. And guess what, while we having the demo, we knew we would need someone like this only, not just their interface is easy to get a hold, their support is also prompt. Easy to reach whenever we require help with proper documentation support for both app and web. Would really recommend Storifyme to anyone who want to do something out of the box and crete good stories.

I have been waiting 9 weeks for responses to my help queries. 9 weeks ago, Nemanja wrote "I'll have the team take a look tomorrow morning (since it's 1 at night in Europe at the moment so they are sleeping)" and a few days after that I wrote "Hi, following up on this?" and my message still says "9w ago. Not seen yet"

Amazing product! We've just started experimenting with Web Stories.I had first tried another provider from Google's recommended web stories providers but their integration was far too complex (required hosting and CNAME adjustments). I then found StorifyMe. The editor is incredibly well built and the integration is much more straightforward than others and more native to Shopify experiences. I had some questions on initial setup and the team was very quick to respond and even added hands-on customisation to our integration to make sure it works the way we needed. I've already recommended this to other Shopify owners I know and will be building further with it. Highly recommended!

the app is way too expensive, and to use an API key you have to pay for 99. such a scam and ripoff. I deleted the app before it cost me an arm and leg.
Hi, thank you for your review. For Shopify, our app starts at 0$ a month. Having said that, we also have big clients paying us much more than 99$ a month, (eg. here is one example PR article from a big fashion brand explaining how they leverage our solution https://www.ynap.com/news/net-a-porter-expands-its-net-sustain-edit-through-an-enhanced-customer-journey/ ) so we are far from "scam and ripoff". API is quite advanced and most users do not need it 5 minutes after installing the app so our free tier is more than enough and quite generous for most Shopify users, but happy to help you configure API if you really need it. Finally, next to the quite generous free tier we have also a free trial for all our paid tiers, giving you enough time to test functionality and measure ROI without being charged "an arm and leg". As mentioned in the email we sent a few minutes after the review (and 15 minutes after you installed our app), we are more than happy to help you configure the app, just let us know (there is also live chat in the app, feel free to reach out to me at [email protected] or to the support in the app).
