I have been waiting 9 weeks for responses to my help queries. 9 weeks ago, Nemanja wrote "I'll have the team take a look tomorrow morning (since it's 1 at night in Europe at the moment so they are sleeping)" and a few days after that I wrote "Hi, following up on this?" and my message still says "9w ago. Not seen yet"

Amazing product! We've just started experimenting with Web Stories.I had first tried another provider from Google's recommended web stories providers but their integration was far too complex (required hosting and CNAME adjustments). I then found StorifyMe. The editor is incredibly well built and the integration is much more straightforward than others and more native to Shopify experiences. I had some questions on initial setup and the team was very quick to respond and even added hands-on customisation to our integration to make sure it works the way we needed. I've already recommended this to other Shopify owners I know and will be building further with it. Highly recommended!

I just started using this app. It was a breeze to set up and use. The inbuilt templates helped me create the content in a jiffy. If that was not a winner in itself, a shout-out to the team for their support. I could not figure out how to manage the coding bit on my site and the team sorted the entire code out for me... Thanks folks! There are a few coding related complexities that I wish the team could automate, but no complaints apart from that.

the app is way too expensive, and to use an API key you have to pay for 99. such a scam and ripoff. I deleted the app before it cost me an arm and leg.
Hi, thank you for your review. For Shopify, our app starts at 0$ a month. Having said that, we also have big clients paying us much more than 99$ a month, (eg. here is one example PR article from a big fashion brand explaining how they leverage our solution https://www.ynap.com/news/net-a-porter-expands-its-net-sustain-edit-through-an-enhanced-customer-journey/ ) so we are far from "scam and ripoff". API is quite advanced and most users do not need it 5 minutes after installing the app so our free tier is more than enough and quite generous for most Shopify users, but happy to help you configure API if you really need it. Finally, next to the quite generous free tier we have also a free trial for all our paid tiers, giving you enough time to test functionality and measure ROI without being charged "an arm and leg". As mentioned in the email we sent a few minutes after the review (and 15 minutes after you installed our app), we are more than happy to help you configure the app, just let us know (there is also live chat in the app, feel free to reach out to me at [email protected] or to the support in the app). Great app which can bring you organic traffic to your website. Highly recommended if u want people to be glued to your content by exploring trending stories similar to Instagram where people spend most of the time on the platform.

Great idea for an app. The interface of the app is very modern with a lot of features. I will have to test it out more and experiment with the stories. Also, the support team was great, they helped me out with some custom changes in a very short period of time.

This is the only App you should every get!!! If you want professional quality, fast and responsive customer support, where they go the extra mile, then this it!! They made my whole day! I needed coding help and Nemanja went out his way on a WEEKEND, to quickly add links and widgets for me! It was basically a customized job! My stories are functioning at there best now!! I heart you app and Nemanja!!

App is very easy to set up. It doesn't require any special knowledge so it is ideal for busy business owners who can focus on growing the business while knowing that Storify is doing everything for their stories and website. In case you need any kind of help, their support is great, fast, friendly and helpful. They quickly answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Excellent potential from a great team! From an initial play and interaction with their support team, I know this app will go onto to be fantastic. Whilst its in its early stages the team are always open to feedback and turn around new functionality quickly. With AMP stories looking to be an important tool in the marketing playbook I would highly recommend this app to fellow e-commerce owners!
