We started using the app a couple of weeks ago, and the support has been great! Initially, we encountered a problem with the app not having the features we wanted (like re-directing the customer to the product page) and we also experienced inconsistency with the product pricing display. Storista and Irek is like God-mode for shoppable video Shopify plugins. Context: Ex-Tolstoy paying customer - Pro ($19/month) plan. It's dumb that their pricing model is based on number of impressions/views to the page with tier widget but not necessarily # of plays. After we went viral on IG, we got 100K+ visitors on our site and got slapped a $957 over usage bill. I told their CS that it's silly to charge me for website visitors instead of Plays. They didn't listen. So I searched around. And after Novel, Videowise (same dumb pricing model as Tolstoy), I stumbled upon Storista. BAM! I installed the plugin. Replaced my Tolstoy widget with Storista in 30 min. Emailed Irek for some CSS help and he responded in 10 min. Outcome: 1-week since installing Storista: 128X ROI on revenue generated from widget Plays and $950+ cost savings on pesky usage fee. Go Storista!

Super happy with how quickly this can be up and running, customer service responded within a few minutes and Irek was brilliant, he solved any issues immediately, also understood my questions and guided me on how to find what I was asking for. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this app. It is simple to install, and works exactly as intended. Irek (from Storista) is very helpful, quick to respond, and answer all my questions. He is really keen to make sure everything works perfectly. It's also very good value for money. I use the widget on every page of my site, playing dozens of Instagram reels. You should try it! このアプリはインスタでやりたいこと、思いつく施策がほぼすべてが可能です。 リールを任意の順番に並べ替えてトップページに加えたり、ハイライトの順番を並び替えて見せたいものだけ見せたり、お客様によって作られたUGCをインポートしたり、、 夢のようなアプリです、サポートは英語のみですがチャットで素早く対応してくれます。 インスタを使っているショップでは必須です。

support is good, they are very helpful. but only 1 thing i would suggest is auto play mode of reels before even tapping on reel. that is trend and would be more engaging than. But app is good overall.

Review update: I was received a response from Irek on their support team, explaining auto-sync. Apparently, it updates daily at 2am UTC. That's when it grabs any new reels from your IG account and that's when they will then show up on your website. I really appreciate support getting back to me to explain what I had misunderstood. I think that this app is great, and I will be recommending it to anyone who asks. --- (I'm leaving my original review here so that anyone can see the issue I thought I encountered, and the solution provided by their support team.) I was able to get reels onto my website, but it seems like the auto-sync function isn't working because any new reels that I post aren't showing up. I have tried to contact support through their chat and have gotten no response. I'm not sure if I misunderstood what the auto-sync function was supposed to do, but I will need assistance if I am going to continue to use this app.

This App is great to view your IG stories in the common known way. easy to integrate and with a few css tweaks you can match it the look of your theme. small theme-stylesheet related issues could easily be fixed by their nice and quick support people. thanks!
