So much better than anything else we've used. It seems like it should be crazy easy to send a legitimate-looking invoice through Shopify but of course it's not. And since it's 2023, it should also be crazy easy to offer different payment terms via an electronic invoice but of course it's not. Streamlined has solved those problems for us and given us the ability send invoice reminders which is huge. Additionally, we're able to filter out the invoices created to only our wholesale customers. AND best of all, the support team is fantastic. They hopped on a feature request right away and added it for us. We are thrilled about this app.

BEWARE OF THIS APP! I installed it thinking it was free, and it would help manage my business better. After installing it, and getting my bank account and stripe account set up. Immediately started to sync it with my open orders, and it starts sending email reminders. Good right? NO! The company suspends my account out of no where with no explanation. A generic, sorry we can't work with you. Keep in mind I've just sent out over 100 emails to my clients, letting them use this new way to pay their invoice, while I disabled another app. This caused a huge issue where my customers are paying they're invoice but the APP IS REFUNDING THEM. I've emailed them several times to help me either log back in, or stop sending emails to my customers to pay their invoice through the app. A simple way to look at it is that this APP and their Team just threw a monkey wrench right into my business, and not even trying to help. I've easily lost hundreds of dollars. I can't even track which invoices are being paid and which ones are refunded because they removed my access WITHOUT EXPLANATION! ANY COMPANY THAT JUST STONEWALLS PEOPLE THEY DO BUSINESS WITH IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Protecting our customers is our top priority, and as a business, we have to comply with strict financial laws and ‘Know Your Customer’ regulations. This means we verify every business we work with, to make sure they meet those terms. In most cases, this is simple and straightforward. BEWARE when signing up that you know everything about how they connect to your Stripe account! Had a horrible time getting my account deleted!! Seems to be a valid service but do your due diligence. Thank you guys for straightening that out! Changed to 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Hi Brent, thanks for your review. We work hard to make onboarding with us clear and simple, and we’re sorry that your experience didn’t match up to your (and our) expectations there. We partner with Stripe to support payments. Setup includes creating a Stripe Express account, which makes it easy to connect an existing Stripe account. We’ve worked with Stripe to clarify the right way to delete these accounts on our end, so it should now be easy for anyone who needs to do this in the future. I have worked with many businesses and teams in a variety of industries and capacities. Streamlined, Boris, and his team are in the top .1% of that list. I was torn when writing this: between putting an immediate and emphatic "5 stars", or just putting "1 star" so that we may keep Streamlined to ourselves for longer (yes, twisted I know! ) Do yourself a favor now, and work with Streamlined if you're looking to level-up your accounts-payable game, and work with a company that improves their already-solid product, seemingly every day.

The customer support is so amazing. Anissa is the best - always responsive & ready to hold my hand through anything. I love that you can sync this to Shopify & Quickbooks, making invoice tracking really easy.
