This app took my money twice in one month after cancelation month ago. they took 299 + 29 in one month even when i didn´t have had any plan. After me texting to shopify, they have finally reached out that they will cancel my plan ( which i canceled a month before twice billing ) and still nothing. Best thing is that when i go to canceling my membership, everytime there is some "error" and can´t simply be canceled. I still want refundation and cancelling plan, but noone is responding afterwards.
