Our old loyalty setup is always felt like a third party widget bolted onto the store. This one feels native. Points, tiers and rewards all live inside the Shopify experience and match our branding instead of clashing with it. customers actually understand it, which was never the case before. Since we launched it our repeat purchase rate has climbed steadily and the programs gives people a real reason to come back rather than shopping around.
We had been looking for a way to turn one time buyers into regulars and paid memberships ended up being the answer. What surprised us most was the checkout opt in. Close to 40 percent of new customers join the program right there at the point of sale, without any heavy convincing. Those members behave completely differently from the rest of our base, they come back more often and their basket is bigger. Setup took an afternoon and we did not need a developer. Honestly our only regret is not launching it a year earlier.
More than just an app. Their team will work with you until you get it right and always be there to help you make changes until you find an offer that works for you. I honestly have never had such a great experience with another app. I would reccomend to anyone to help increase your customer LTV.

We moved away from Yotpo and adopted Subscribfy Loyalty, and the difference has been incredible. The implementation and integration process was smooth and far easier than expected. The entire team has been extremely helpful, working closely with us, listening to our needs, and even collaborating on new features. The customer UI/UX is much easier to navigate now, and our customers love the new way they can redeem points at checkout!
Subscribfy has been a game changing, profit driving tool for Jordan Craig. Before partnering with them, we only offered an annual membership. While it had decent traction, we saw a lot more potential. Elena and Samy worked closely with us to launch a monthly version of our TRUE membership program to attract a broader customer base. Today, Jordan Craig offers both monthly and annual membership plans, each with its own perks. The Subscribfy team took care of everything, from designing the landing page to optimizing our cart and checkout experience. Since launching their version, we’ve seen consistent 10% week over week growth in new TRUE members. It’s adding up quickly and becoming increasingly profitable. The success of TRUE made it an easy decision to move our product subscription business over to Subscribfy as well. Just like with the membership rollout, their team handled the full setup, including PDP edits and layout improvements. In only four months, subscriptions have increased by over 171%. We’ve added subscriptions for several bestsellers, including our scallop t-shirts, boxers, and mystery boxes. Customers are returning more often, spending more per visit, and engaging with our brand in a more meaningful way. By increasing repeat purchase rate and shortening the time between purchases, Subscribfy is helping us drive long term customer value. If you’re an ecommerce brand selling repeat purchase products, we can’t recommend Subscribfy enough.
We've had a great experience since adding Subscribfy Memberships & Subscriptions this spring. Memberships have added a great new source of revenue for us, and our customers are loving the ability to join the program and immediately earn perks. Samy, Elena & the entire team are also incredible to work with. It's such a typical process to work with a sales team who transition you to a onboarding rep and ultimately a customer success manager, but with Subscribfy we've worked with the top leaders since Day 1, with a direct line that is hard to come by with other businesses. We highly recommend considering them if reviewing a membership program!

A membership program has been a great add to our business and would be successful for any business with a loyal customer base. Subscribfy’s app and service made launching a program easy, their team has a wealth of information and resources on scaling membership programs. We were very supported for our onsite widget installation and email set up, and using the app on a day-to-day basis (including for customer service agents) has been straightforward. Dashboard usage and reporting have all been great, and we saw immediate increases to our customer purchase frequency, AOV, and LTV. Highly recommended.
Very easy onboarding and great adoption rate at checkout so far. We're already seeing a positive impact on returning rate and profitability after 2 months. Their dev team has been responsive and helpful. The analytics section is also well-designed and directly actionable.
This is a great app! The team at Subscribfy are incredibly responsive and ready to help with installation, questions and app customisations. Since installing a month ago, we've already had 5 members join which is fantastic. We wish they had better options in terms of offering free shipping for specific products / specific countries, however hopefully this can be something they integrate in future. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app to anyone!
I was looking for a subscription service for my website. I came across this app and have gotten white glove service from start to end, as well as after set up with follow up questions. I highly recommend this app if you’re looking to increase your sales with a subscription service.
