We've been with easto since launching our online store and they have been great to work with. The app is very easy to use for us and seems to be easy to use on our customers' end as well to edit or cancel their subscriptions. When we've needed support or to troubleshoot any issues, the easto team have been extremely responsive and have quickly resolved any issues. Highly reccommend.

Outstanding support and truly next-level team Averil was my support rep and she was absolutely amazing. Super nice, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get everything done properly! She helped me migrate and transfer all my subscriptions seamlessly, assisted with custom widgets, and gave a very detailed product walkthrough so I actually understood how everything works. What really impressed me is that I had a very specific, non-standard use case that required developer involvement. Instead of pushing back or giving generic answers, the team worked with me to find the right solution. The developers implemented exactly what I needed, and we collaborated until it worked perfectly. I’ve honestly never encountered a team this responsive, flexible, and willing to build an out-of-the-box custom solution. I highly recommend Easto Subscriptions to both Shopify and non-Shopify merchants. This company is on a different level, easily one of the best teams I’ve worked with.
