This is a fantastic app! It’s easy to set up and easy to understand. The app offers customization options that help with my branding, like adding my logo and store colors to the automated emails. I love the portal login that allows my customers to view their orders, change their next shipment date, and update their address. Great feature! There have only been a few bugs, and the developer fixed those right away. The support team is extremely responsive and answers all my emails very quickly. Highly recommend this app for all store owners!

I recently had a great experience with the Super Subscription app and their customer support team. I encountered an issue where my customer was seeing two different totals during checkout when using Shop Pay. Confused and unsure of how to resolve the problem, I reached out to Super Subscription for assistance. Stefan, the customer support representative, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He quickly looked into the issue and provided a temporary solution for my customer, advising them to click on "Check out" first and then select Shop Pay from the checkout page. This workaround allowed the discount to show up correctly. Although the issue seemed to be related to Shop Pay itself, Stefan went above and beyond by recommending that I contact Shopify's support team for further assistance, as they own Shop Pay. He even mentioned that he would keep an eye out for any additional information that could help resolve the issue. Throughout our conversation, Stefan was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in ensuring that my problem was addressed. His excellent customer service left a lasting impression on me. Furthermore, I have to commend the Super Subscription app itself. It has been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store, and I couldn't be happier with its features and functionality. I highly recommend the Super Subscription app to any Shopify store owner looking for a reliable and user-friendly subscription solution.
