Snyder Family Farm review for Supr Bundle & Subscription App

Exceptional customer service! I have a lot of trouble with technology and am not very "savvy" when it comes to these things. However, each and every time I reached out to customer support I was always greeted with kindness and patience. They were never dismissive and always took the time to understand fully what my issues were and would take the time needed to explain to me (in detail) how to solve them. I honestly was worried I was being a bother with how much I needed their help but they have helped me with every little detail and without complaint. I was extremely stressed out when some "issues" arose in my store but they very promptly fixed all the bugs and exceeded my expectations of what I wanted done!
