I've tested most of the "top" subscription apps on the Shopify app store and this is simply the best. It offers comprehensive functionality, is thoughtfully designed, and is both easy to set up and intuitive to use. Best of all, the support from the team is outstanding - real people, not bots. They are responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They made the migration to Super Subscription smooth and hassle free.

The app has helped us to manage subscriptions in our first year of business. Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward. On one or two occasions, I've had questions and I use the support tab on the side. Someone (a real person) reaches out to me and guides me through the issue. Thank you guys for a simple, free product. Black Mountain Roasters definitely appreciates you all.

stefan just helped me fix a problem (user error on my part) and explained what I needed to adjust and how. extremely quick and professional support, thank you! The app is also pretty easy to use and configure, I was just having a moment tonight :-). nice to know that there is excellent help when my brain is tired.

The entire team was super helpful in making the migration to their platform very easy. We had to troubleshoot some issues and Stefan and the developers did not hesitate to work late in the night to make sure the billing cycle go live would go seamlessly. Very happy with the platform so far. Super easy to use and by far the most competitive (currently free!!!). We used Bold and Recharge before and Super Subscriptions customer service is another level! Highly recommend

I had an incredible experience working with Stefan from Super Subscription. He went above and beyond to help me set up pricing options for my subscription and one-time purchase products. His innovative ideas and constant availability to answer questions and provide follow-ups made the entire process seamless. One of my key requirements was to clearly separate options for subscriptions and one-time purchases so customers could easily differentiate between the two. Another significant challenge was Shopify’s inability to display multiple prices for a single product. Since my products are sold in 3, 4, and 6-month supplies with different pricing for subscriptions and one-time purchases, displaying original and discounted prices was critical. Stefan found a brilliant workaround, enabling both prices to be displayed seamlessly. Additionally, Shopify's limitations made it impossible to add more than one option for the one-time purchase. Stefan tackled these challenges by designing a creative solution with variants that instantly show whether the product is available as a subscription or a one-time purchase. His approach was both user-friendly and exceeded my expectations. Beyond pricing, Stefan went the extra mile with coding adjustments. He helped fine-tune text alignment, customized variant button colors (beyond Shopify's standard editor capabilities), and made other tweaks to ensure the final setup was flawless. Overall, Stefan’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding. I am deeply grateful for the developer's incredibly prompt support. They responded to my inquiries with exceptional speed, which was a tremendous help. This app provides all the essential features I needed and has become an invaluable asset to my store. The fact that such a high-quality product is offered for free is extremely beneficial for fledgling stores like mine. While the app is already excellent, it would be even better if the Shopify admin panel UI could also be translated. I hope this feature will be implemented in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this app for its functionality and outstanding support.
