I had an incredible experience working with Stefan from Super Subscription. He went above and beyond to help me set up pricing options for my subscription and one-time purchase products. His innovative ideas and constant availability to answer questions and provide follow-ups made the entire process seamless. One of my key requirements was to clearly separate options for subscriptions and one-time purchases so customers could easily differentiate between the two. Another significant challenge was Shopify’s inability to display multiple prices for a single product. Since my products are sold in 3, 4, and 6-month supplies with different pricing for subscriptions and one-time purchases, displaying original and discounted prices was critical. Stefan found a brilliant workaround, enabling both prices to be displayed seamlessly. Additionally, Shopify's limitations made it impossible to add more than one option for the one-time purchase. Stefan tackled these challenges by designing a creative solution with variants that instantly show whether the product is available as a subscription or a one-time purchase. His approach was both user-friendly and exceeded my expectations. Beyond pricing, Stefan went the extra mile with coding adjustments. He helped fine-tune text alignment, customized variant button colors (beyond Shopify's standard editor capabilities), and made other tweaks to ensure the final setup was flawless. Overall, Stefan’s expertise, professionalism, and dedication were outstanding. If you need a subscription app that can handle complex pricing structures while offering innovative solutions and top-notch support, I highly recommend Stefan and the Super Subscription team!

I am deeply grateful for the developer's incredibly prompt support. They responded to my inquiries with exceptional speed, which was a tremendous help. This app provides all the essential features I needed and has become an invaluable asset to my store. The fact that such a high-quality product is offered for free is extremely beneficial for fledgling stores like mine. While the app is already excellent, it would be even better if the Shopify admin panel UI could also be translated. I hope this feature will be implemented in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this app for its functionality and outstanding support.
