I seriously tried almost every single sub app I could find and kept coming back to this one. Its free (for now) and does everything I need. Also support was amazing.

So far, so great! Stefan has been incredibly helpful with set up, questions, and more. I have tested almost every subscription app out there and Super Subscriptions has an incredible amount of features. I highly recommend testing it to see if its for you and dint hesitate to ask their support for help.

I can not stress enough how incredible the tech support is with this App. My shop needed a difficult software migration off a very antiquated subscription software. I am NOT a tech person and once Stefan realized this he jumped in to help! Prompt responses with meticulous attention to detail, almost as if he owned equity in my business! This App should be renamed Super Simple Subscriptions! Would absolutely recommend.

We are launching offerings with this app this week and felt a little intimidated by the process of setting everything up. Stefan was so responsive and so detailed in his help. The app is relatively straightforward but the customer support gave us that extra bit of peace of mind and answered any lingering questions we couldn't find answers to ourselves. The app itself is brilliant, very user friendly and has enabled my shop to offer a new subscription service which we would have been unable to do otherwise. Customer support is extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Really great subscription app- esp for being free! Offers a lot of customization options, and is really straight forward for easy set up. I had some trouble getting my thoughts sorted with how I wanted to present my subscription, and the team was quick to respond and really friendly. Thank you Super Subscriptions, this experience was great.

I am Super impressed by the team at Super Subscriptions, especially Stefan. I moved over from another subscription service and needed some help with the migration and he was Super Nice and Super Kind. As I am not a coder, I probably asked a lot of basic questions. Even then, he was Super patient with me and was great help and a joy to communicate with. There are some improvements that can make the app even more Super, but with dedicated and professional staff, I'm sure these can be polished with time. I have nothing much glowing recommendations for the team and if anyone noticed, I hid 7 Super's in this review. They totally deserve more and I absolutely recommend getting this app. 5 Stars!

Great subscription app, easy setup with good customizable options. I have been a Shopify Expert for over a decade so I tend to ask a lot of questions about different aspects/adjustments..etc. and this app comes with hands down some of the best support I have seen in all my years.. support helped with customizing the app for my site too without hesitation. This will be my ongoing subscription app that I use and recommend to all clients. If you have ANY issues, just reach out to support before you get frustrated and they will get you setup in no time!

We installed this based on reviews about customer feedback - but we were prepared to delete the app if it was all made up - it wasn't! Firstly - this is an incredibly easy app to use and install - I had 2 questions within the first few weeks of using it - I used the pop up customer service text system which was the only option and I was dubious - both questions were answered very quickly. I was surprised. On the first query they went into our app and sussed it out - and the next time they sent a screen shot which was really helpful and sorted it straight away. The app works well for us - the customer service works very well. Thank you to Stefan who is a stand out communicator. Highly recommend.

Doesn't quite match my very specific needs. But if you want a subscription on your store: This is the one. Simple, great custom options and beautiful display on your store. Also, they're very quick to answer and very helpful.
