Stefan at Super Simple Subscriptions was very helpful in generating a link for my non-techy customer to use to initiate their subscription! Our customers love this benefit to be able to keep their favorite teas comin'!

This is a fantastic app! It’s easy to set up and easy to understand. The app offers customization options that help with my branding, like adding my logo and store colors to the automated emails. I love the portal login that allows my customers to view their orders, change their next shipment date, and update their address. Great feature! There have only been a few bugs, and the developer fixed those right away. The support team is extremely responsive and answers all my emails very quickly. Highly recommend this app for all store owners!

I recently had a great experience with the Super Subscription app and their customer support team. I encountered an issue where my customer was seeing two different totals during checkout when using Shop Pay. Confused and unsure of how to resolve the problem, I reached out to Super Subscription for assistance. Stefan, the customer support representative, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He quickly looked into the issue and provided a temporary solution for my customer, advising them to click on "Check out" first and then select Shop Pay from the checkout page. This workaround allowed the discount to show up correctly. Although the issue seemed to be related to Shop Pay itself, Stefan went above and beyond by recommending that I contact Shopify's support team for further assistance, as they own Shop Pay. He even mentioned that he would keep an eye out for any additional information that could help resolve the issue. Throughout our conversation, Stefan was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in ensuring that my problem was addressed. His excellent customer service left a lasting impression on me. Furthermore, I have to commend the Super Subscription app itself. It has been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store, and I couldn't be happier with its features and functionality. I highly recommend the Super Subscription app to any Shopify store owner looking for a reliable and user-friendly subscription solution. I have tried a lot of paid apps on this topic and this app comes with very slick designs to choose from, has easy to use functions and includes advanced options regarding your subscriptions and they are further improving the app and the customer portal. The app provides a good base for you to start offering subscriptions to your customers. Besides the customer service is very helpful and customization is possible. If you have any issues just start a chat with real people. The app is build for Shopify which means it has high standards.

I found this app to be intuitive and user friendly. It lives up to it's adjectives of Super & Simple. I was able to quickly add it to my store and customize it's look. Tech support is responsive and and helpful. I recommend this to anyone looking to add or simplify subscriptions to their store.

Update!! - We have been using this for 6 months+ and updates have been coming in regularly. We have made several suggestions to improve the app and these have been welcomed and implemented as well as functionality updates that we never even thought of. The support for the App is amazing, fast, and always there when we need advice.. Superb is all we can say.. Works really well and is very well integrated. We had some suggestion's with regards to formatting and styling which support amended for us on the fly on a Saturday morning!! New features being implemented based on feedback, so will only get better. Very willing to listen to suggestions and assist - Stefan, keep up the great work.

Easily one of the best subscription apps on the store. Simple, but super functional and fits in with your theme perfectly. I can't believe this is free, especially with their support, which is probably the quickest I've ever received from a Shopify developer. They happily made some changes outside the realm of the standard functionality, no questions asked. I really couldn't ask for more, so I'm glad I found this app. If you're looking for a simple way to add subscriptions, this is the one.
