Amazing little app with plenty of customisations and flexibility for your subscriptions. Stefan is also extremely helpful. Highly recommend over some of the other bloated apps.

If I could give this app 6 stars, I would. Super Subscriptions has been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far! Quality product, and quality people behind it. Very much feels like a one-to-one conversation when dealing with Stefan, who is clearly interested in understanding the businesses he's working with so he's able to best advise how their app can help. Update. Finished month 1 and have 5 subscriptions setup. Auto renewals have gone through without a hitch and the ability to move customers between tiers and payment dates is really easy! Love this app so far.

I trialled at least 8 subscription apps, this was the best, easy to set up and THE ONLY app that offered the ability to apply subscriptions on a collection level, worked on a collection with 12,000 products.

After installing and trying out several subscription apps, I kept coming back to Super Subscription. I was going back and forth between Super Subscription and Shopify Subscription because I wanted a implementation that did not rely on external connections or was too costly. The deciding factor between the two was that Super Subscription allowed me to disable 'skip' and 'pause' subscription options. Thanks to Stephan for his patience and quick response to my questions!

First of all it is regettably difficult to find out what different Shopify apps offer of functionality and eventual limitations. After a long search and meticulous tests of different apps, I finally found Super Simple Subscriptions that I will highly recommend to any shopowners wanting to offer subscriptions on their site. Everything was not in place from the first time, but by now the app is very comprehensive and yet - simple. It is rare meeting a developer with this insight, understanding and willingness to perform quick changes and adjustments to the better. Stefan is a champ and a very reliable companion in the (subscription) app universe. I look forward to further cooperation :-)

I love Super Subscriptions! I tried a few different apps, and this one has everything I need! I'm able to select which day I want the product, which is online fitness classes, to renew. Also, Stefan is a great help!

This is a fantastic app! It’s easy to set up and easy to understand. The app offers customization options that help with my branding, like adding my logo and store colors to the automated emails. I love the portal login that allows my customers to view their orders, change their next shipment date, and update their address. Great feature! There have only been a few bugs, and the developer fixed those right away. The support team is extremely responsive and answers all my emails very quickly. Highly recommend this app for all store owners!

I recently had a great experience with the Super Subscription app and their customer support team. I encountered an issue where my customer was seeing two different totals during checkout when using Shop Pay. Confused and unsure of how to resolve the problem, I reached out to Super Subscription for assistance. Stefan, the customer support representative, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He quickly looked into the issue and provided a temporary solution for my customer, advising them to click on "Check out" first and then select Shop Pay from the checkout page. This workaround allowed the discount to show up correctly. Although the issue seemed to be related to Shop Pay itself, Stefan went above and beyond by recommending that I contact Shopify's support team for further assistance, as they own Shop Pay. He even mentioned that he would keep an eye out for any additional information that could help resolve the issue. Throughout our conversation, Stefan was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in ensuring that my problem was addressed. His excellent customer service left a lasting impression on me. Furthermore, I have to commend the Super Subscription app itself. It has been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store, and I couldn't be happier with its features and functionality.
