Working with Flowcart has been a very positive experience for us. The team played a key role in helping us get up and running, while supporting our phased rollout approach. Our setup involves fairly complex processes and requirements, and they’ve been very accommodating in helping us implement these while taking care of much of the technical heavy lifting. They also provided valuable assistance on the META side of the setup. On the occasions where we’ve run into technical issues, their team has been quick to respond and resolve them. Throughout the launch phase, they have remained very hands-on - closely monitoring performance to ensure the solution was working as expected and helping us make adjustments based on early customer interactions. Overall, it’s been a great partnership so far, and we look forward to continuing to build on the solution with Flowcart.

Customers can ask about products on WhatsApp and get answers right away, and when a conversation needs our input, it’s easy for us to jump in and take over. Overall, it’s been a good addition to our stack.

What I like most is that it saves our team time. Most of our customer questions get handled automatically, and only the ones that need a person reach us. We just setup a campaign where we ask 4 questions on WhatsApp and recommend products based on our customers response helping us sell 2 to 3 products in one go. Looks like you can do alot with Flowcart.

Having an exciting experience working with the shopify and flowcart ,i find it really easy using it and now i dont have to save multiple excels for sharing data since its now in one plac e.

Flowcart has been easy to use from day one. Pulling Shopify customer segments and sending WhatsApp broadcasts is straightforward, and their cart recovery has brought in a few extra orders we would have otherwise missed.
