Outstanding customer service. This app is far more functional than other inventory apps I have used (Shopify native, Trunk) so it is more complicated to use. Every time I have had a question customer support has promptly walked me through it step by step. I thought that working outside of Shopify would be more cumbersome than it is. I highly recommend this app.

A lot of the other apps are ok if you are linking by creating new listings yet most of them have problems doing that with existing listings. Sumtracker was one of the easiest syncs I've personally. Also the pricing is more than fair, considering how much time you save manually linking products. Love the UI too, really recommend.

sumtracker has been a great experience for us mostly because of how responsive and helpful they are. they are more than happy to hop on a call at any time and are very solutions orientated. the system is very user friendly and seems to have a lot of positive additions to their roadmap which will eventually make this a more well rounded solution that we are needing.

We tried everything to manage our inventory and nothing worked perfectly until we found this app. We tried managing inventory manually, tried using excel and using VBA macros functions to download our inventory/subtract recent orders/and upload the new inventory to each sales channels, we used different apps and different websites, but nothing matched the functionality as much as Sumtracker. This app syncs easily with all your online sales channels and it's super easy to use. The biggest +: you can speak directly to the developer and ask for new functions to be implemented or fix issues that come up. They are really helpful and willing to hear everyone's ideas to improve the app. This app has become essential to our business.

Fantastic app that does bundles and multi channel.

This app is fantastic! I would not have been able to track my products without it. Shopify doesn't offer product tracking that subtracts from the main inventory, only from the variant total. Sumtracker fixed this problem for my business. Ankit is always very helpful when you have any questions. Definitely would recommend.

Great for keeping track of packaging materials. Our products when sold have boxes, tissue paper, stickers, koozies, and come with accessories. Instead of knowing product inventory and having to do weekly counts of packing materials, everything is now synced up and we always have an accurate inventory number.

I've used Sumtracker now for about a month - the guys have nailed the functionality and UI simplicity. It's the first time I haven't felt overwhelmed in an inventory management system. After about 1 day of use, I got the basics, counted our warehouse inventory into the app and was able to link our 2 Shopify stores, Etsy and Amazon store. The support is also fantastic - the guys are quick to respond, open to feedback and improving the app for users. I've been through 10+ free trials, this is the one guys. Stop looking. Does everything you need it to do at the right price.

Highly recommended! Having used Sumtracker for a year now, we can confidently say it's the best inventory management app out there. We've tried others, but nothing compares. The bundles option is a game-changer for our efficiency. One of its standout features is tracking purchase orders with the currency we paid, which keeps our records accurate. UPDATE: I have been using this APP for over a year now, and I still love it just as much! And support for this app is top notch too! Shopify (and eBay etc.) needs more great apps like this! SumTracker is everything I expected it to be, and MORE. Everything literally works flawlessly once you set it up. And it operates FAST too (everything loads quickly in the APP, and changes are updated VERY quickly too). I use it for my Shopify Store and eBay. Very customizable, and just plain works! You can easily update quantity manually, for each product, if needed, or you can use spreadsheets to edit quantity (if needed). Once it is all setup though, you will never HAVE to worry about anything though, other than adding more inventory when you receive shipments from your suppliers (this is very easy to do though - either directly within the APP, or by using spreadsheet uploads). Support for this APP is excellent too. SumTracker is definitely one of the best APP's I have ever used. Well worth every penny!

Fantastic app and great support, very responsive and helpful couldn’t which for more!

Sumtracker solved all of the problems I had trying to use Shopify for both wholesale and retail sales. It allows me to track wholesale/retail inventory with the same SKU, which no one else seemed to be able to do. They've been great to promptly answer every question I have in a timely manner and even meet virtually with me when I need them to. Highly recommend!

I can highly recommend this app. Anyone who sells on multiple platforms or marketplaces will love the quick synchronization of inventory. Since I got this app, I haven't had any overselling. It is very easy to use and bundles can also be integrated without any problems. There are also many other functions in the app. Support also responds quickly to problems and was able to help me.
