I’ve been using this order management tool for almost half a year now, and I just have to sing its praises! I originally gave it a try just because it’s free—figured I had nothing to lose even if it didn’t work well. But it’s only gotten better the more I use it. In the past, manually entering customer information and verifying product quantities for orders led to frequent mistakes and a lot of after-sales disputes. Now, order data is captured automatically, inventory status is updated in real time, and even shipping reminders are sent out without any manual input. The error rate has dropped to practically zero. What’s more, the efficiency boost is incredible. I used to spend at least 3 hours a day on order processing; now I can wrap it all up in just half an hour. The extra time lets me focus on more important business operations.
