The Nextools team have been amazing from start to finish. Their customer service is genuinely one of the best experiences we’ve had. They are always quick to respond, extremely helpful and constantly providing support to ensure everything runs seamlessly with no issues on the app. What really stands out is how accommodating they are and how much they value you as a customer. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to help find solutions and improve the overall experience. Highly recommend both the SupaEasy platform and the team behind it!

We needed a pricing function to handle complex pricing logic for a custom-built bundle app we created. It wasn't available anywhere off the shelf. We reached out to SupaEasy and Andrea replied that not only can the app do it, but they will build the function for us. SupaEasy and Andrea were super fast in their communication and the function works perfect, just as expected! We highly recommend SupaEasy.

The Supaeasy app has been great to work with, but what really stood out was the support. Andrea went above and beyond to help me get a custom script set up exactly how I needed it. He jumped on a call, walked through everything step by step, and made sure not only that it was working properly, but that I fully understood how it all functions. That level of hands on support is rare. If you're looking for an app that’s flexible and backed by a team that actually helps you solve problems, Supaeasy is a no brainer.

Andrea was so helpful and knowledgable as we transitioned from Scripts Editor to SupaEasy! We have some pretty unique and complicated discounting logic that we were able to easily re-create using the SupaEasy. Highly recommend for anyone who was heavily reliant on the now deprecated Scripts Editor!

Never experienced such professional assistance in such a short space of time. We were dropped with a task, and only a matter of days to sort it.
