The app is excellent—well-built and it was extremely helpful in our transition from script-based logic to checkout functions. But what truly stands out is the support: Andrea’s assistance is absolutely off the charts. Prompt, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. Strongly recommend it!!

He was super quick to jump in and help me set up a custom function that blocks certain products from getting specific order-level discount codes. I needed it to work based on product tags and a discount code with a specific prefix—and he nailed it in no time. Super helpful, super efficient, and honestly just made my day easier. I had to move off Shopify Scripts and landed on Supaeasy Promos. I was expecting something basic, but honestly, the app is pretty slick. It does a lot more than I thought—setting up complex promos is actually easy, and everything looks professional. What surprised me most is how responsive the support team is. Any time I had a question, they got back to me quickly and actually helped solve the issue. The migration went smoothly, and now I can set up promos way faster than before. If you’re worried about switching off Scripts, this app makes it simple. Plus, it feels a lot more “fancy” than the name suggests.

Contains a lot of features that Shopify does not include out of the box to make much stronger promos. Andrea was also super prompt and helpful when I had an issue I couldn't solve!

We aren't on Shopify Plus and don't have access to scripts so this app is exactly what we were looking for to give us a certain functionality we were looking for. We had some questions on how to best implement and their support was amazing - incredibly quick to respond and had the functionality up and running on our site same-day (less than 30min honestly). Definitely recommend!
