App molto intuitiva e soprattutto facile anche per chi non è uno sviluppatore. Il team di supporto è sempre molto disponibile in caso si riscontrassero bug o più semplicemente dubbi durante la creazione di una specifica funzione. Un'esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Exception level of service from Andrea - we were previously speaking to him via their live chat but he encouraged us to move onto a call where he took us through an in depth tour of the app and all the possibilities. He gave up over an hour of his time which I really appreciated. I have not received this high level of service from another shopify app since I started using the platform. The app is very reasonably priced compared to others offering similar features, yet the added bonus is this app goes even further in terms of the functionality compared to others. Thanks Andrea!

We recently encountered a serious issue when our Shopify Script was mistakenly uninstalled, threatening to disrupt our business for days, if not weeks. Our usual developers quoted a lengthy timeframe to resolve the issue. That’s when we discovered Andrea’s app and decided to reach out. We sent an email to their team and Andrea replied within minutes asking me to hop on call with him to figure this out, as we did. We have never came across this type of customer service in any Shopify app before, and we have used A LOT of them in the 4 years we are in business. Andrea and his team didn't just offer a service; they delivered a masterclass in customer support and technical prowess. They understood the urgency of our situation and acted with incredible speed and efficiency, Bravo and Grazie Mille

Supaeasy is amazing! We have been wanting to move from Scripts to Functions for some time. Andrea patiently guided me through the process of replicating our scripts in functions using supaeasy... It's an awesome app, and Andrea is super knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommended!

The app seems to be working fine. However, one thing I can say which is even better than the app is the technical support (especially Andrea). I would recommend the app to everyone who is looking to customise their checkout, even only for these reasons.

I have been searching for an app to solve a very particular discount code use-case (one code applied differently based on collection.) I have tried countless other apps and work-arounds, but none ever functioned correctly. Finally I found SupaEasy. This app is incredibly powerful, and Andrea was so, so helpful. He was responsive to emails and even had a video call with me to help me configure the app correctly. Thank you!!

The best tool with the best support. The app is straightforward but I had a question on a set up for a discount code to only work for signed in members. I was quickly put on a video call where they walked me through my mistakes and solved the issue I was facing. All in under 10 mins! Great company, great customer service, and GREAT APP!!!

I wish I found this app in the beginning!!! It is everything a girl could wish for and more. I have the advanced plan as my needs are complex. SupaEasy handles it with ease which no other app on the market can do. Not only is the application amazing but the co-founder and CTO Andrea has been a dream to work with. He has helped me with my crazy logic and always with a smile. Trust me when I tell you that this is the best software and support out there. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars

For us coming from Shopify Scripts and doing customization with checkout.liquid this app has been a savior for us! Shopify Functions is a big step for people that are not used to make custom apps, so Supaeasy is the way to go. Andrea is offering extremely good support! One of the best support we have ever experienced from any apps on Shopify!

I recently started using SupaEasy for managing shipping options on my e-commerce platform, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer. Now, we can easily hide specific shipping methods based on the country, products tag and other cart parameters, thanks to their excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

This app has allowed us to completely migrate our very complex membership discount perks to Functions from Shopify Script. Andrea has made himself available at all hours of the day (and night) to personally help with all the set up, troubleshoot any issues and even find solutions that circumvented Shopify's (many) limitations and made our process so much better! This is like no support you've even seen. You have a real, dedicated and brilliant developer working with you in the background to deliver top-notch service and an app that is superb.
