This is the app I was looking for for a long time, a modern lightbox for Dawn theme. I downloaded yesterday and app works perfectly! There is a nice fade effect on the background when you click on product photos, it looks very modern. I would say this app is a must-have for every shopify store. If you are thinking about downloading, you should!

If I had to give 0 stars I would. I had this app installed on both my stores. One store it showed up perfectly.. no issues. My other store had issues with the zoom feature. I reached out and was asked to allow permission for help with the issues. I allowed access immediately and they never addressed the problem or reached back out to me. I felt totally ignored. I uninstalled from the store I had issues with and two weeks later I'm uninstalling from the store it showed up perfectly on. Why should I support an app that doesn't support me when I have issues.
Thanks for your feedback. The app is designed for some specific Shopify store themes. This app is compatible with the following themes- Down, Debut, Brooklyn, and Supply. But you are using trade theme. It is not a big problem. Rarely, the app might conflict with some theme's special characteristics, but we have a 24/7 support team ready to help. You installed the app only. You did follow our instructions for the default zoom disable option: https://greatshub.com/apps/super_pinch_zoom/faq. You should disable the default zoom option first. And we did not receive any email for support or chat, on the contrary. So, we were not even given the chance to help... We're available 24/7 for you. It's our priority to ensure our users have the app running correctly.

no support app does not work its better not to install app
Hi AS-IT-IS Nutrition, Sorry about that. Our app does not support your store theme. If you were to wait for the support team to fix the zoom issue, they would. Our app is working fine in more than 700 stores.

Oh I am so impressed with this professional and classy looking well thought out app! It comes with ALL the features I was looking for. My photos look super clean and sharp with this app. The app also installed flawlessly into my Pixel Union Grid Theme on desktop and mobile, no issues at all. I highly recommend this app! EXACTLY what I was looking for! I'm so happy. I was getting very frustrated because my images didn't have a zoom function, and they appeared small. It was very easy to install, and I got the result I was hoping for.

Easy installation and great results, thank you. I was looking for a solution to reduce the full screen zoom which impacted the image quality and have found Super Pinch and Zoom to go above my expectations.
