We are very satisfied with the Superdest app. It has been helpful for managing our store more efficiently. The most useful feature for us is the ability to merge product reviews and create product groups. This functionality saves us a lot of time and helps us present our products in a much more organized and professional way.

I honestly wish I discovered Superdesk earlier. It is intuitive, effective, and beautifully designed. After switching, we saw a big jump in the number of reviews we collected. Automations just bring in reviews without effort. Their support has been truly helpful when needed. If you're on the fence or using an overpriced alternative, do yourself a favor and try Superdesk.

We tried so many different product review apps, but Superdesk really stands out. The same goes for email review reminders—super clean and easy to use! -It’s modern, sleek, and incredibly user-friendly. -Klaviyo integration works flawlessly. -No limits on reviews or photos (this is one of its best features!). -Workflows and integrations work like a charm.

We tried many review apps. Some were slow, some were difficult to use, some were unnecessarily expensive. And we had a specific need for asking customer to edit the review. We finally discovered Superdesk, which was the wow app for us. Installation and review importing was easy. Support team spent time with us to customize our widgets. They look beautiful. App is very fast on dashboard and widgets. Worth trying!
