I'm disappointed, I really wanted to use this app. I had a few issues: The mockup templates were not perfectly aligned. I contacted SuperFastPOD twice, but they never replied. Still waiting for a reply and I continued. I discovered that my add to cart and buy now buttons had disappeared because of this app. I contacted SuperFastPOD again, but of course they never replied. I then contacted them via Facebook message - no reply. I did give them plenty of time to reply. In summary, I contacted them four times and not once did they reply. Imagine if I had an issues with a product or an order. I installed the app on 12 July 2023 and had no choice other than to uninstall on 1 August 2023. My add to cart and buy now buttons have returned.
Hi. I know it's been a long time since you posted this review. The business at the time was in a transition and we apologise that no one was able to repond to your requests for support. I'm Andy the new MD of Universal POD UK Ltd, SuperFast POD is our app. I took over in April 2024 and can assure you our customers service and support for SuperFast POD is now 2nd to none. Should you ever decide to give SuperFast POD another go I can assure you our experience will be entireley different.
