Supermoon is an exceptional AI-powered customer support app that has significantly enhanced our Shopify store's efficiency and customer satisfaction. The AI-driven Smart Replies are a standout feature, providing instant, personalized responses that maintain our brand's voice. This automation has cut our customer service workload in half, allowing our team to focus on more strategic tasks.
