Great app works really well, amazing customer service and quick support. Would recommend.
As a founder and customer, I'm constantly looking at data but often don't have the time. What I liked about this tool is that it quickly highlighted the things that actually matter. It gave clear insights to customers so they understand their own skin better. What stood out most was that the recommendations felt useful and practical rather than generic. Gives customers a lot more insight/ understanding, and gives brands a clearer picture of what the customer is experiencing.
Really appreciate this coming from a fellow founder, it means a lot. We’re basically trying to solve the gap between raw skin data and clear, actionable insights for both customers and brands. Glad it’s actually helping make that clearer on both sides.
Absolutely love this app. I have been looking for such an app for our skincare brand website for a long time and finally have this available on shopify. The support provided by the team is tremendous. We had some customization requirement, and the team was able to provide the right support to adjust the UI and the options as per our requirement.
