Dan from Superspeed has been nothing short of a miracle worker. It is still early days however the results are beginning to show already. What I do like about the APP is that it is not just an automated tech automation but also incorporates a human touch with someone you can actually deal with and have real time updates and a roadmap to achieve your stores download speed goals. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this app and the amazing Superspeed team behind it. Before installing Superspeed our store was slow causing major issues with ad performance, user experience, Search rankings to name just a few. Dan was there every step of the way to make sure we got the most out of the app to improve page speed, post installation. Thanks to Dan's close collaboration, our site speed has more than doubled across all analysis tools. Although this may seem like a more costly app to implement, the performance benefits and exceptional service makes it more than worthwhile. Thanks Dan and team for everything! We use SuperSpeed for our business, RonaRigs, based in Sydney, Australia. Upon installation and configuration, through the help of Dan, our lightspeed results dramatically increased, even when using quite a slow theme (Providence) We've gone back to Dan 4 times to request support and each and every time he has come back to me quickly. On the surface, the price may seem high, but in our industry (IT Hardware) fast load time and page speed are critical to growing our business, so the investment is well worth it. This app doesnt really worth it. Support is very bad. Made some emails. No answer since 10 days.
Competition is everywhere, but our expertise and devotement will overcome and prove that fake reviews like yours can't harm a quality application with top-notch support! So far, all our merchants have been delighted to use our help, and there have been no problems in 2 years. We responded to all your tickets and didn't get any reply from your side, even though our SMTP system confirms the successful delivery of our emails. Accusing bad support without even replying to our emails/questions says everything about what type of "merchant" you are and your bad intentions regarding a 2-year-old app that proved her reliability in the emerging market. You intentionally discredited our app, even though you received a full refund. Since you didn't lose anything, you used our app for free and didn't reply to our emails, but you still left a negative review, which can only mean you are part of the competition, one that uses bad practices to discredit others. Before making false claims and pretending you were disappointed by something you never intended to use, you should have answered the consistent emails and all the questions we sent you to proceed to the advanced optimization. On top of that, you received a full refund before you left your review, even though you used ~250000k real user metrics (RUM) and enjoyed the Superspeed monitoring service and the Standard optimization FREE OF CHARGE! Dan was so insightful and truly instrumental in getting our site speed to surpass anything that would have been possible without Superspeed Google's Page Speed app. Now we're running quicker than ever and in a better position to place better on Google. The work was quick and exceeded expectations!

I started GnomeGumbo.com on Shopify in August 2022 and saw my speed scores in the 30's and 40's. I added Superspeed to my site and my scores jumped into the 70's (an almost 100% improvement). Hoping for even quicker speeds, I submitted a ticket and received a response quickly. Dan analyzed my site's coding and came up with some solutions that jumped my speed up into the high 90's and has stayed Superspeedy! I am very pleased with their diligent efforts to help me, and very thankful for the Superspeed app and superior service.

Hands down the best speed optimization tool for Shopify on planet earth! If I were given the chance to give 100 stars instead of five, I will give that! And yes, I am not the person who says nice things about people before giving them a "thorough check." The plans may seem expensive but it's actually way way cheaper than hiring a developer who you will have to pay again and again when I add a new app or there are theme changes. Just pay these guys a monthly fee like any other app, and they will handle the rest. I yes, it will pay over MANY MANY times over even if the plans may look SEEMINGLY "expensive." I wish them the very best! Also, don't forget to check their other app - super cart - it's BRILLIANT.

Great product, developers take a lot of effort to make sure it works well for you. Seeing gradual and steady improvement to our search rankings. A must have if you have multiple front end apps installed on your theme.

Highly recommended!! Dan is a real professional who will help you quickly (and also with things that are not related to the store's speed but other problems you have). After only two days, my shop speed score on Shopify almost doubled! And Dan is always trying to make it even better. Believe it or not, he never offered me to write a review (like all apps do after a second of use in exchange for benefits...) I was the one who asked for a link to write a review. In my life, I have never encountered such an honest and decent person as Dan. After a certain malfunction (which was not his fault - due to a change that Google made on their side...), he returned all my subscription money for many months - again! Without even asking! And then do whatever you can to fix the problem! The number of times Dan has helped me, even in things unrelated to his area of expertise (code matters, store design, and more... a lot more...), is simply enormous!!! And all this without even asking for payment. He is a true professional and a very decent person. Undoubtedly, this is the best application (and customer service) I have ever come across! Thank you!! Again - the best!

Just wow! The first app I tried didn't improve my speed too much so I switched to this. With Superspeed my Google page speed went from 45 to 90 I have never been in the green on Google with any website, so am super excited at how well this worked! I installed this with the default features and was delivered this incredible speed out of the box, now Dan is helping me to make the site even faster with some personalizations. If you want incredible Google page speed, this app will do the trick!
