SupplySync Split Orders

They solved a real problem for us We run an outdoor and travel gear store with a large catalog. Some products ship from our own warehouse, others go out through different suppliers as dropship. Before SupplySync, every dropship order meant someone on our team stopping to figure out which supplier had the item, then messaging them and waiting to hear back. With more than one supplier, this ate up a lot of time. We tagged each dropship product with its supplier, set up matching rules in SupplySync, and the app started sending orders straight to the right supplier on its own. We stopped having to ask around about who had which item. The supplier portal made it easy day to day. Each supplier gets their own link, no account, no password. They see their orders and add tracking with one click that syncs back to Shopify. Some of our suppliers aren't very tech savvy, and we never had to sit anyone down to explain it. When a product slipped through without the right tag, we could still assign the order by hand, and the supplier could accept or reject it. So a small mistake on our end never turned into a stuck order. What used to be manual back and forth for every dropship order is now something we barely think about anymore.

Excellent app which takes the human error aspect out of drop shipping. We simply select what we would like to drop (some items are sent from us directly) and it gets sent for fulfilment. We asked for a couple of dev changes to be made for us and they were done within a few hours! exceptional support from the team! thank you.
