I am not very technical but setup was easy. After install, chat show customer name and orders automatic. Support team work faster now.

From an operational standpoint, Support Board reduced our Shopify support workload significantly. The help center deflects common questions, while the chatbot handles order and product inquiries automatically. Multi-channel support (web, Instagram, WhatsApp) is a big plus.

Good app for Shopify store owners. Chatbot answer many questions by itself and when I reply, I see all customer info. Not perfect English UI but works very well.
