This app is close to perfect! - it combines the widget with the FAQ content (only need to update content in 1 place and both are updated) - each article has its own url - each CATEGORY has its own url, this is a huge feature, being able to link to an entire related category vs having to provide multiple links to answer multiple questions in response. I've been looking for exactly this feature for a long time, it cannot be understated how useful an element this really is. Wish list to make this perfect: - HTML editor - add keyword search feature on FAQ page - ability to re-organize sequence of categories (position order) - ability to re-organize position order of articles within a category - remove branding, and- its current position it makes it too easy for user to click on branding vs the article behind it.

Yesterday we sat together after collecting multiple feedbacks and have prioritized them in our roadmap (check it out here: https://trello.com/b/pg3WraGU/support-corner-product-roadmap) Drag and drop re-organizing for articles and categories are coming soon and the HTML editor and fuzzy search for articles will follow right after.
