Useful app for collecting customer feedback. Set up and customization is intuitive, with good instruction/ documentation, user-friendly application to your site / emails with analytics. The support is responsive and helpful. Lots of features at the $25/mo tier.

Fantastic app! We are getting very high customer engagements after checkout - 1 in 5 customers fill out the survey. Works with Checkout Extensions, flexible, support is very quick to sort out issues. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Bhanu reached out personally more than once as I was trying to send out a complicated new product review survey. He was extremely helpful, and the more I use the app, the more ease I feel in being able to create valuable tools to help me serve my customers. Highly recommend!

This was one of the easiest apps to get set up. I had two questions, and support answered them within hours. Actually, the first one was answered in under an hour. It is also feature-rich and has everything you need. I was able to create a survey in less than an hour after I installed the app. I rarely leave reviews but I was impressed with the level of support and the ease of use.

This is a must have app for any website, helps you to REALY understand your users, get to know them with Q's you ask. App works flawlessly, with the great support I got from Bhanu, I expect great results.

this is a great app for collecting surveys. it's really flexible with loads of options. love the post purchase thank you page survey which is providing good insight into where a customer heard about our product. Support have been really helpful, fast at responding and willing to help

I have been using Surveyfox for a while now, and it's amazing, it works just as you hope it to, and there are loads of useful features while still being simple to use. I can see a lot of work has gone into it. And the support is first class, what more can you ask for?!?

This is a very productive app! It takes just a few minutes to get familiar with, but once you do, it works like a charm. The support is out of this world. I would recommend it to everyone. I have not found any other apps that can do what Surveyfox does.

Surveyfox is incredible, they always keep you updated with statistics of your polls which helps you think of creative solutions for your business, plus Bhanu was able to personally help me with a feature request called an action slide which allows for a person to first open up a link within the poll before proceeding to the next slide. Thanks a lot, this product is amazing!

We tested most of the similar offerings in the Shopify App Store for a several page customer feedback survey and eventually decided on SurveyFox for our solution. Bhanu, the founder, was invaluable in the process of helping set it up for our needs and responsive to our feedback about one or two of the current features. Replies went above and beyond what one would has come expect from support these days and that means a lot to us. We will continue to use SurveyFox for our future customer outreach campaigns and recommend it highly for others just starting out with similar enhancements to their sites.

Great app! Highly recommend! We get great feedback and it helps us find out how they got to our website when the analytics don't quite catch it. Has been a key metric of ours. Easy to use. Great customer service. It's a no brainer for any e-commerce brand!

SurveyFox has been a great addition to my store. I use it to set up post-purchase and abandoned cart surveys, and it has really improved how I collect feedback. It helps me understand how customers find my store and provides valuable insights right after they make a purchase. I can see what hesitations they had or any general feedback they want to share, which helps me make better decisions. Before, I was mostly guessing, but now I have a clear idea of why customers leave their carts and what affects their buying decisions. The team behind SurveyFox is also very responsive and always open to feedback. They’re constantly working on new features, some of which were even based on my suggestions! Overall, SurveyFox is a must-have for anyone who wants to improve their store and better understand their customers. Highly recommend it!
