Several orders, took forever, all delivered with wrong sizes, and reprints never received. Spent months with support and then management and finally gave up.

Customer service is non-existent. I opened a ticket to try and get a hold of someone with questions I had about print placement on a particular garment and it went unanswered for 20 days and then was closed with no resolution. I also emailed Nara who is supposedly the Partner Success Manager twice with the same question and never got a reply. After a month, it's not worth it. It's really too as they carry apparel the other POD do not.

This is by far the best print on demand company I have used. Super fast turnaround times, and one of the largest catalogs offered. Best thing is that they are based in Texas so shipping times are FAST. The support team helped me along the way with every little question I had. The integration was seamless. The app is not free, but it has huge discounts.
