We have been using SWAP global now since the beginning of September 2024 and have been really pleased in the performance of the system. We have an improved customer journey and transparency with costs, better control over pricing and shipping and having the ability to have fixed pricing for independent regions - none of which we had access to before. The onboarding team have been amazing and getting us set up and running in record time and are always on hand to answer question and tweak our set up. Can't fault them at all. If you combine this with their awesome returns portal then you have a fantastic cross boarder solution for shipping and reutrns. Highly recommend!
