SwapBack is a request-tracking workspace inside Shopify Admin that allows merchants to track return requests, replacement choices, and return PDFs. Customers can submit requests through a store-specific portal, and staff can review requests, select catalog variants, attach merchant PDFs, and export CSV reports. However, SwapBack does not support store-credit requests, issue refunds, create replacement orders, or buy carrier postage.
