I had the most incredible experience from Marcos at the support center. I was having a real challenge logging into my Ap and i ended up on the phone with Marcos and he had me open an incognito window and fixed the issue. But that wasn't all, he helped me look a the rules i created and spent a fair amount of time reading and talking about the rules. In todays rush to move people to the 800 number and stay away from customers it's refreshing to find someone that took the time out of their day and helped me. Thanks Marcos

Paid $99 for their plan. There's no way for me to show customers how many entries they have total into a sweepstakes through the storefront. When I emailed them for support on how to show entries to customers and how to display totals, they ignored most of my questions and selectively answered with copy and paste responses.
We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t as smooth as you’d hoped. We provided a full $99 refund as request. Our goal is always to provide clear guidance and support, and we regret any frustration you faced. We did our best to offer step-by-step instructions, including screenshots, on setting up the product extension to display entries per product. Unfortunately, showing total entries at checkout requires a Shopify+ Plan, which is a limitation on Shopify’s end. That said, we never want anyone to feel unheard, and we apologize if our responses didn’t fully address all your concerns. We also want to assure you that we respond to support requests as quickly as possible—typically within a day. If you'd like to give us another shot, we’d love to help you create a successful sweepstakes, track entries per dollar spent, and seamlessly manage your promotion.

Sweeppea made running a sweepstakes super easy! Setting it up was quick, and our sales went up with the “entry for entry per dollar spent” feature. The built-in rules saved us a ton of time. Totally worth it.
