Sweet has been brilliant. We really enjoy using the tools that the app provides to keep us on track from both a marketing and financial perspective. From the induction to the ongoing relationship, Sweet has been set up and is managed by a team of outstanding retailers who genuinely care about their customers success. Having Sweet is like having an extra employee who gives me instant access to the analytics and performance data we really need but for a much lower cost. We especially like the live Direct Marketing results so we can analyse catalogue performance without having to wait 6 weeks for a matchback.

great analytics platform with micro and macro levels of information available to find quickly and easily, plus extremely detailed customer segmentation that you can then apply to reports. very useful
