For the Indian people, This app is worst because they charge 11 indian rupees cost for a single message.... that's ridiculous....

These guys are scamming people. They upgrade your plan without asking or taking your permission. I purchased 25$ package. But at the end of the month i get charged with 2000$. I mean is this a joke? Talked to their chat support. And they are not responding, instead of saying reinstall the app and we will give you discount. What a disaster!!!

First, in the Shopify ecosystem, app developers cannot charge or upgrade plans without a merchant’s explicit approval. All charges, including usage-based fees, are clearly presented by Shopify during the subscription process. In your case, the $2,000 charge was due to usage-based messaging that Meta charges for automated API messages, which is transparently outlined during setup and at multiple steps before approval.
