The reviews for the Shopify App are mixed, with one user expressing disappointment in the app's functionality despite its promising appearance and intuitive setup. The lack of adequate support to resolve issues was a major drawback for this user. On the other hand, two users gave the app a 5-star rating, praising its well-designed interface, fast and efficient product scanning feature, and excellent customer service. The app looks very promising and the installation and setup felt intuitive. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get it working as expected. I reached out to support but did not receive the assistance needed to resolve the issue. It seems like a great solution and exactly what I was looking for, but improved support would make a big difference to the overall experience.
Application super bien faite. Le scan des produits est super rapide et efficace. Nous l'utilisons pour vérifier l'inventaire plutôt que faire de la vente libre-service, mais je ne doute pas que ça fonctionnerait bien aussi pour ça. Le scan des produits fonctionne bien mieux que dans l'application Shopify. Le support fourni par l'équipe, dont Olivier, est excellent. Je recommande fortement.
