Thank you for such a... warm and professional response. It's rare to meet a developer who hates their clients so sincerely - you definitely stand out from the rest! Let's get this straight: Yes, I did ask a question - because even experienced people sometimes check if everything is working correctly. Instead of helping, the response was passive aggression and accusations of stupidity. Great service, bravo. If your only way to help is to block the client, well, good luck! To everyone reading this: I sincerely hope you have a better experience with this developer than I did. If you want to check - go ahead. I'll go where the developers value their users a little more than their egos. Hugs to everyone, SwiftRate to everyone!

The support service is a complete failure. They didn't answer my question, didn't solve the problem, so they advised me to... switch to another app! Brilliant, just a top service. They probably don't believe in their own brainchild. If you want to waste your time and nerves, you're welcome.
Worst merchant we ever dealt with. I really can't express how rude he was. It's unfortunate. You reached out to us, and we responded instantly with a clear solution: enable the app embed from the Shopify theme customizer. That’s literally the one thing required for the app to function. Instead of following this simple instruction, you responded with sarcasm — as if you're too experienced to miss a basic step. Yet, you did miss it (DUMB). We still remained professional and gave you an honest suggestion — try another app if our app doesn’t meet your needs. Amazing, you give us 1 start with bad review. I really appreciate your hard work in writing this nonsense review. I recommend everyone to ignore his childish behavior. You can see how much time he wasted writing a paragraph to prove his point, which isn't true and is nonsense. We usually don't respond like this, but we don't want to serve the worst merchant like him, and we will make sure he won't be able to use our service anymore. Have a great day.
